Stolen SUV wrecked in Davenport incident

A squad car was towed from the scene Sunday evening after an incident in Davenport that involved a stolen SUV that also was towed away.
Our Quad Cities News crew saw squad cars and a crime-scene technician vehicle near the Subway on the 900 block of West Kimberly Road, Davenport.
Police said the incident happened shortly before 5 p.m. when gray SUV, which was stolen was seen “driving erratically and causing a public safety issue.”
A Davenport Police crime scene technician took photos at the scene. The SUV had severe damage, with debris strewn near it.
Shortly before 6 p.m., the squad car and the SUV were towed from the scene. No other details were available at 7 p.m. We will stay in contact with Davenport Police to provide details when they become available.

Correction made to the number of years Tyarra has been missing. It's been corrected to read "10 years." Tyarra Cacique Williams has been missing from Greensboro, North Carolina (Guilford County), since January 7, 2016, according to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). Tyarra would now be 30 years old.
