Exterminator finds body in NYC school chimney: NYPD

QUEENS, N.Y. (WPIX) – An exterminator found a body in the chimney of a New York City public school in Queens on Tuesday morning, police said.
The gruesome discovery was made at I.S./P.S. 113 Anthony J. Pranzo in Glendale, New York, at around 9 a.m., according to the New York City Police Department. The school serves students from pre-K through 8th grade, according to U.S. News and World Report.
Authorities were called to the scene over a foul odor before the remains were found, police said.
The body was that of an adult male, possibly decomposed, authorities said. It was unclear how long the person was stuck in the chimney.
There were no students or staff in the building, police said.
