Crime Stoppers of the Quad Cities wants your help catching two fugitives.

It’s an Our Quad Cities News exclusive. You can get an elevated reward for information on this week’s cases:

JOSHUA AVILA, 33, 5’9″, 220 pounds. Wanted by Rock Island County Sheriff’s Office for violation of murder and violent offender against youth registration.

ZACHARY WALKER, 24, 6’5″, 184 pounds. Wanted by IDOC 7th District High Risk Unit for escape from residential corrections facility on original charges of driving while barred, eluding, and leaving scene of injury accident.

Rachanda Lea "Chandy" Pickle has been missing since July 10, 1990, according to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). Most sources indicate Rachanda was missing from Santiam Junction, where she lived. The NCMEC indicates she was missing from Sisters, Oregon, which was close to where her mother worked. Her stepfather's mother lived in Sweet Home, Oregon.

Argos, a 10-year-old, 6-pound senior dog rescued from a Texas shelter, is now “fully vetted and ready to find his retirement home,” according to Small Dog Rescue of New England. In its introduction of Argos, the organization emphasizes both his age and temperament, calling him “a senior guy saved from the shelter in TX” and adding that “if you are looking for an easy going guy, look no further.” The nonprofit says Argos is currently in a foster home in Texas and “doing well,” and the organization is asking the public to share his adoption post to help him find a permanent home in the Northeast.
