Moline police: Missing 9-year-old found

UPDATE: According to a Facebook post from the Moline Police Department, after officers asked for help from the public to find a missing 9-year-old, the boy has been found.

EARLIER: “We are requesting the community’s help in locating 9 year-old Liam,” the post says.

Liam was last seen in the 500 block of 17th Avenue and left in an unknown direction. He was wearing a black graphic t-shirt, dark-colored shorts, and dark-blue shoes. He weights about 120 pounds.

Police ask anyone who has seen Liam to call 911 immediately “and keep an eye on him until officers arrive,” the post says. “We ask that anyone in the area please check their cameras and call 309-797-0401 with any information.”
