Muscatine City Council plans special session on golf course improvements

The Muscatine City Council will convene for a special in‑depth session at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 8, at the Muscatine Municipal Golf Course clubhouse. Because of the off‑site location, video coverage will not be available.
The meeting will focus on potential improvement projects at the golf course, including proposed clubhouse renovations. Community members and stakeholders are invited to learn more about the concepts under consideration.
Presentations will be delivered by Parks and Recreation Director Nick Gow, Golf Course Supervisor Brett Parcher, and PGA Professional Steve Geisler, who will outline project needs, opportunities, and preliminary recommendations.
Public participation
All council meetings are open to the public.
Agendas and supporting documents are posted at least 24 hours in advance on the City’s website under Agenda & Minutes.
