Heavy rain coming to Quad Cities Wednesday and Thursday

After some much-needed dry weather lately, things are about to get wet again in the Quad Cities. Rain is likely Wednesday and Thursday and could be heavy both days.

Total rain amounts could approach 4" in parts of our area. In the Quad Cities, 2 to 3 inches is the most likely scenario.

We should be able to dry things out starting Friday and the weekend looks good as of right now...
