17 hours agoCitizens First Bank has announced that Kristine Wiersema has been named branch manager of the bank’s new Morrison, Illinois, location. She will continue in her role as vice president, real estate lending.
Wiersema brings more than three decades of banking experience to the position. She began her banking career in 1990 and joined Citizens First Bank in 2006 as a loan operations specialist. “I am excited for the opportunity to serve the Morrison community and help build meaningful relationships with the individuals, families, and businesses who call this area home,” Wiersema said. “Citizens First Bank believes banking should be personal, approachable, and centered on the customer. I look forward to bringing that commitment to Morrison and becoming an active part of the community.”
Wiersema graduated from the Iowa Bankers Consumer Credit School in 2013. In addition to her work at Citizens First Bank, she is a member of Clinton Kiwanis and serves on the Skyline Foundation Board.
At 100 West Lincoln Way, Suite B, the Morrison office represents Citizens First Bank’s first new branch opening since 2004 and continues the bank’s investment in the families, businesses, and agricultural customers of the region.
