I wanted to find out where Walmart's beef comes from, so I visited a Walmart store in Oregon to see what information I could find in the beef department and the packaging. Earlier this week, I published an article on NewsBreak sharing about where Kroger has been sourcing its beef from - Where Kroger Is Getting Its Beef From Right Now - Here's What to Know. I have been wondering where other grocery stores are sourcing their meat from as well. So I went into a Walmart store in Oregon this morning to see what I could find.

This Herb Was Used for Toothaches Before Orajel Existed

Prickly ash has earned the nickname "the toothache tree," and it's not hard to see why. Long before Orajel ever existed, Native American tribes chewed the bark to numb tooth pain, and the tingling, numbing sensation kicks in within minutes.

Moose Farts Are the No-Bake Treat Everyone Talks About

Moose Farts get laughs from the name, but the flavor is what keeps people returning to the plate. These Canadian-inspired no-bake bites combine chocolate, coconut, graham crumbs, and creamy sweetness in a soft, rich little treat. Each ball is small enough to eat in a few bites but packed with enough texture and flavor to satisfy a serious dessert craving. Because there is no oven involved, they come together easily and remain a practical option when the kitchen is already busy or the weather is too warm for baking.

5 Foods You Should Never Wash Before Cooking, According to USDA

Washing food usually sounds like a sensible safety step. But when certain raw foods are placed under a running faucet, that rinse can make your kitchen less safe -- not more. Water does not reliably remove the harmful bacteria that may be present on raw animal products. Instead, droplets can carry those germs into the sink, onto countertops and utensils, and even onto nearby food.

Skillet-Fried Cornbread Delivers Crispy Southern Comfort Fast

Spoonfuls of cornmeal batter fry in a hot skillet until their exteriors become deeply golden and crisp while the centers remain tender and moist. Buttermilk, egg, melted butter, flour, baking powder, and a touch of sugar create a thick batter that cooks much like a small pancake. Depending on where they are served, these comforting rounds may be called fried cornbread, hoecakes, Johnny cakes, or cornmeal fritters, but their ability to complete a Southern meal remains the same.

No, Trump Doesn't Care About the Midterms. The Only Election that Matters is Israel's.

There is a lot of commentary that Trump doesn’t care about the midterm. The fact is that at eighty and in poor health he is aware that he will not get another term. This explains his name being plastered on anything that stands still and his self-dealing. His base, which is a pie cut into three unequal pieces, all seem okay with this.

I Stopped Making Regular Biscuits After Trying This Angel Biscuit Recipe

There's a reason old Southern cooks called these "Bride's Biscuits." They're nearly impossible to mess up, even for someone who's never made bread before. Angel biscuits are a cross between a classic buttermilk biscuit and a soft yeast roll. Adding yeast alongside the usual baking powder and baking soda makes them taller, lighter, and almost foolproof compared to a regular biscuit.
